It is with much sadness we share the news of David’s passing, following a short illness and several weeks in hospital over Christmas and the New Year.

David’s wish was to return home to spend his final days with his family around him and we are so grateful that this was achieved with the support of St Barnabas Hospice at Home team.  The hospice team's care gave us precious time to spend with David in making special memories.

We have been greatly moved by the many messages of comfort which have been received, and never realised how many lives have been influenced through knowing him.

We are extremely glad that David was cared for by the St Barnabas Team and for the support given to us, his family.  We shall be forever grateful.  David said of them that they all deserved medals.

We shall make a donation to St Barnabas House and if you would also like to do this in David’s memory it will be greatly appreciated as it helps them to help others in similar situations.
